PURCHASING PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
All orders are final as all of our products and services are customized to meet your individual specifications. The purchase of our products or services does not guarantee the sale of a real estate listing and or determine the sales price of said listing.

This website and its components are offered for informational, ordering and viewing purposes only; this site shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the site, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information.
PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO, AERIAL AND CINEMATIC VIDEO OWNERSHIP RIGHTS:
The intellectual property rights to all photographs, videos, aerial and cinematic videos all belong to Beyond RE Marketing & Chris Ricketts. Upon purchasing one of the above stated products or services, they are then ‘leased’ to the person, company, realtor or broker for the duration of their listing only.

Photography and video copyright laws general explanation: Whenever a photographer or cinematographer takes a photo or video, he/she/business usually ‘owns’ that image. He/she/business can decide what to do with it. It doesn’t matter if someone hired the photographer to take the image, the client pays for the service, not the copyright. Generally, the client is only ‘borrowing’ the image and does not own it. The person who creates the images owns it unless he/she/business gives up that ownership.
WEBSITE CONTENT
The Beyond RE Marketing site and its original content, logo, features, photos and functionality are owned by Chris Ricketts and are protected by international copyright, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary laws.
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES CONTENT
The unauthorized use of any products, templates, photography or video is a breach of intellectual property and proprietary laws.

Name, Address, Zip Code, Phone Number, BRE Number and desired form of payment.
We do not sell or share your information.
Your information is used for the sole purpose of conducting business, ordering and invoicing.
We DO send out periodic Emails regarding new products and specials we may be offering. Your full consent and authorization is required prior to receiving any Emails from our Company.
SALES TAX
The application of Sales Tax is determined by the State and County of manufacturing/origin/dispatch of our products.
We wish to advise you that we are currently obligated to apply the United States, CA, County of Santa Clara Tax which is levied at 9 % to all of our printed products.
By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
In addition, when using this websites particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted and modified from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the TOS.
