Cameras, lenses, and lighting were part of life around my household. My father was an industrial photographer for Stanford Research Institute and my mom was the family historian. My mom loved to video my family with her 8mm camera, shoot slides, play around with infrared and black & white film while her children were her subjects. My dad on the other hand, when at home, tried to regularly corral four kids for family portraits and realized how he appreciated photographing non-moving objects more.
My passion for photography started in junior high when I took a photography class that opened my creative eyes to what my parents had seen all along. I have been photographing lifestyle and people for years, but in 2012, I started shooting remodeled houses. That was a segue way into real estate and commercial photography and I haven’t looked back since.
You might consider me as a jack of all trades, who’s quietly mastering them all.
Upon achieving my bachelor’s degree in Radio, Television and Film Production from San Jose State University, my goal was to provide creative, outside-the-box-style marketing material for companies, products, and people.
My drive eventually led me to the world of real estate and Beyond RE Marketing, where my expertise behind the camera grew exponentially.
When I’m not creating behind the camera or editing my next project, you can find me at the gym, planning a trip to a new country, or just simply surfing through Netflix!
I am a passionate photo/videographer and have been flying and building drones since I was 10 years-old. Having a keen eye and utilizing an HDR Canon 5d IV camera, 4k Drone, and industry-standard Matterport Virtual technology, I capture the “magazine” shots our clients want and deserve from a single appointment.
Most of my free-time is spent with my wife and children. I am an avid 49ers fan and adrenaline junkie who enjoys cruising back roads on my motorcycle, or on a track in my race car that I have been designing since the year 2000.
